Roshan leads Veritas Strategic Advisory with a focus on helping businesses turn financial information into practical management decisions. His work spans financial strategy, business performance, financial reporting, costing, process improvement and strategic advisory. Veritas was built around a simple observation: many businesses have access to accountants and financial statements, but management often lacks the financial insight needed to make better decisions.
Krishna Khanal
Co-Founder & Corporate Advisory Lead
Krishna leads the corporate, regulatory and foreign investment side of Veritas. His work covers company and OCR matters, foreign investment approval, assurance support and banking-related advisory. He works with businesses at the points where a decision meets a regulator — setting up, restructuring, bringing in foreign capital, or answering a question that has to be right the first time.
